I have had good experiences with them.

At least they don’t want to sell you anything, they sort through all your paperwork with you or which bon mots are still hidden in there. Evaluating that holistically is difficult over a forum.

1. It’s not about building savings in general, but about a very specific “situation” the OP is in.

2. He doesn’t have a normal building savings contract, but a Riester product.

3. With a 100K building savings sum and 30%, the BSK also wants to enter into the land register (depending on the BSK, there is only up to 30K “blank,” i.e., without entry in the land register).

That all went weirdly as well.
The consultation was already on 20.11. The advisor said she would then send me the documents for signature by mail and I had to send them back quickly so she could hold the tariff. But then nothing came for a long time, I had to follow up, then she didn’t manage to approve it before her vacation or something. On 30.12. there was still nothing visible online, then I sent another email and she apologized that she somehow didn’t manage it.
Only now on 7.1. did I receive a letter dated 4.1. with the confirmation, with the date of the increase on 27.12.18.
The question is, does the 14-day withdrawal period begin with my signature, or when they carry out the change.

Tariff: FuchsStart (XX)
Increase by: 30K
Increase to 100K
Allocation possible earliest after 3 months, with at least 30%, provided the other conditions are met.
Then it says: By the change order, the possibility to claim a loyalty option is waived. For the tariff change, we charge €102.79
Credit interest 0.1%
Debit interest 2.65%

The change alone has already cost me €400. I would have preferred not to have done it.

I just see that the 27,000 I had in mind are already on it. Then another 10 would be added on the 15th. Should I at least cancel that?

Yep, I would definitely cancel. You can still be really lucky and be within the withdrawal period. The lady wanted to deliberately postpone the deal to next year. Actually, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of all contract documents. In my opinion, the certificate or diploma counts as contract documents. Withdraw immediately by registered mail.

The nominal interest rate 2.65 is not good. Too expensive for building.

I have just revoked the change via email and fax. These methods are explicitly mentioned as permissible in the documents. The question now is whether I am still within the withdrawal period. If it begins with the signature, it is already over. If it begins with receipt of the confirmation, it should still be possible.
