Hello,
for our planned new construction of a single-family house, there are still some development works to be done, meaning there are no connections on the property yet.
Therefore, the question is: Which of these works am I allowed to carry out myself on my property?
Still to be installed are: drinking water, wastewater, rainwater, electricity, and telephone.
I know that the connections to the public lines can only be carried out officially, but which of these may I install myself between the property boundary and the house (and by myself I do not necessarily mean me alone but also suitably qualified friends) in order to only have to commission the portion up to my property?
The background is, among other things, that we are supposed to pay about €15,000-20,000 for the installation of the wastewater and rainwater pipes up to our property (approximately 45m each) (and that is only our share of the costs, since two other houses are also connected and still have to pay...). And no, the terrain is not particularly difficult...
