Hello,

You are a bit further away – we live in northern Upper Franconia. We built in 2011 with Bien-Zenker.

If the 12,000,-€ is without a geothermal heat exchanger and also obviously without an enthalpy heat exchanger (which does not remove all the moisture from the air), the amount is definitely too high for 140 sqm living area. And the Comfort remote control does not cost that much either (only a few hundred).

Regards...

How do you know that? There is simply too much information missing about the controlled residential ventilation. Is a CO2 sensor included? A humidity sensor? A boost ventilator? Supply AND exhaust air per room, or overflow areas? If you have a YES everywhere, it should be the 12 IO!

Yes, mine even cost only 6.5, so what? But I also had an offer for 12. However, I didn’t even ask further what should be included... But simply claiming that 12 is too much, I dare not do, as the information is missing. Since the house also includes the painters/floor coverings, why shouldn’t there be a higher standard for the ventilation as well?

Hello Perlenmann,

everything is fine - I’m not looking for a quarrel .

But we do know quite a bit about Zehnder - that's why my statements.

You also have a 350 in use, right? Are you using the digital control unit?

Regards...

I'm not looking for an argument either, just wanted to express that without information a general "it's too expensive" statement is not OK. No, I have a Vallox SE90. But in my opinion, the device price is rather the smaller part of the costs. Especially if more than 10 supply/exhaust air ducts are needed? I can't say anything about Zehnder, but for me the next model up (more expensive) would come after that, a new silencer. If then supply/exhaust air per room possibly at several points, then the price does tend to go in that direction, right?
