Then we were sent an acceptance of the purchase contract by registered mail with return receipt. It says: In particular, the following is accepted: The construction contract with additional equipment dated .... over .....

We do not want to get out of the contract, we were interested in whether he can do all that without informing us. He takes so long until he starts (7 months) and that is why many have already backed out from the developer. How long can he actually take until he begins? Our financing has been in place since that time.

No, we do not have. He did not want to enter one because the property comes from a community of heirs. Initially, it was July, then October, and until now, despite multiple inquiries, we have not received any definitive information or written response as to when the notary appointment or the start of the development of the plots will begin. We are not alone in this; several others are also building there.
