I somehow can't understand why the parents' bathroom is the one that gets the bathtub. When the kids want to take a bath (teens like to bathe a lot and sometimes late into the evening), they have to run through your dressing/sleeping area every time... Even if the teenage daughter wants to take a bath with her boyfriend (as a father you don't want to think about it but it supposedly happens :P), they have to run through your area.

And otherwise they never get to enjoy the "luxury" of using the nice spacious bathroom.

I find the division into kids' and parents' bathrooms strange anyway. I would understand a parents' toilet at the bedroom (if you want, with a shower) and one big family bathroom with a bathtub. That way everyone would get to enjoy the big bathroom.

I saw the entrance. But I just can’t get along with the rotated ridge direction in the site plan and the new west, which is east.

Yes, and the North-East view does not exist, even though the 6m high boundary construction would be visible there. I don't believe that is allowed – at least not according to the state building code; the development plan would have to include exceptional regulations for that – and the neighbor would certainly not be happy if his South-West side were so blocked off. However, I would also be surprised if the architect, who pushed the floor area ratio, eaves and ridge heights to the limit, had not taken that into account. A site plan with the actually planned house, heights, sealed surfaces, and development plan would be interesting and helpful.

I have the feeling that a few rooms are too small, e.g. the bathrooms. It will be far too cramped in the children's bathroom. Why the [Einliegerwohnung]? Please not to save money...
