Detached garage on house wall - plaster?

We plastered the wall where the garage is going to be placed with some adhesive and reinforcing mortar. This makes the wall at least somewhat watertight. The roofers then screwed a profile onto the house, so that water drains from there onto the garage. And of course, the garage is not standing directly next to the house. There's a bit of space in between.
