So, we spoke again with the plumber and also with the tiler.

As I understand it, the 600 EUR is only the additional cost (!) for the material compared to a centrally positioned point drain solution.
Supposedly due to accessories, cover, more pipes, hair sieve, more stainless steel ...
I believe it is a channel from "Tece."
Unfortunately, I still lack insight into this; it is more than a month's cold rent...

At the same time, I asked the tiler to prepare offers 1. for mosaic, 2. for large-format tiles in the shower floor (each with a central drain), and 3. for wood plank look (then with a channel), where he has to cut less.

I am curious what will come out. The latter is the cheapest, he already said, and was also his recommendation.

We have both.
Shower drain with wood-look tiles
Central shower drain large-format tiles
Cost is the same for both.

Before mosaic, tile studio, tiler, architect and construction manager advised against it. Plastering effort too high
