I find design flooring (vinyl blablabla) overpriced. But if you like it visually... Were you only at one flooring exhibition? I would find that too little. We were at at least 5 different specialist dealers and hardware stores.
No, we were with the floor fitter from the general contractor, he gave us a quote of 7.5k for Tarkett vinyl including installation just for the ground floor..
We were in a hardware store with a very large flooring exhibition, there was a specialist salesperson from a well-known laminate brand.. He basically advised against everything, including the floor of his own employer, and referred us to tiles. But we definitely do not want those!
He surely had impact sound insulation integrated? Ours is 4.3 mm plus 5 mm impact sound insulation (separate).
Yes, that could of course be, I didn't ask about the impact sound insulation anymore.. I had noted the rest.. I could ask again about that.
Is it made of plastic and flexible? How does that work? What is the exact structure? Is it only supposed to be clicked together? And into which rooms is it supposed to be laid?
No, it is not flexible. We had seen vinyl floors where you could bend the planks. This one is solid, so you can't bend it or anything!
It is a click design floor. It is supposed to be laid everywhere except the bathroom, guest WC, utility room and HAR.
