We overlapped with the answer There is doubt, the land registry office will contact you if after some time (however long) they still have no documents from you.

Hello Tobi,

Excerpt from the Surveying and Property Act

Section III § 15: Duties of owners and users

(2) If a building is erected on a property or its floor plan is changed, the respective owner, user or leaseholder must have the building or the floor plan change surveyed by the cadastral authority or by a publicly appointed surveyor at their own expense. (3) The cadastral authority may set a reasonable deadline to fulfill the duties ... After this deadline has expired, it may carry out the necessary work at the obligor's expense. Section I § 4: Entry onto properties (1) Persons carrying out local work within the meaning of this law are entitled, in the fulfillment of their assignment, to enter and drive onto properties and buildings in order to carry out the work deemed necessary in the proper exercise of their discretion. (2) The intention to enter or drive onto properties or buildings should be communicated to the owners or occupants in advance, insofar as this appears appropriate with regard to those affected, the safety of the executors, the effort involved in making the notification and the smooth progress of the local work.

A "reasonable deadline" can be either 6 months or 12 weeks and primarily lies at the discretion of the respective case worker

Rhenish greetings

ok, so it’s best to call the land registry office and ask when what is planned, or does that just wake sleeping dogs?

I don't understand the question; you have to pay anyway. Does it really make a significant difference when that happens?

Rhenish greetings

That is EXACTLY how it behaved: Nobody screamed for surveying here – even after moving in and building a carport, paving, and so on, everyone had other concerns than this mandatory surveying and unnecessary spending... Apparently, some house was scheduled at that time... Since it is likely that external orders are processed in batches*, I can understand that the survey technician had all orders with him and just processed them.

Why do people always have to immediately talk about trespassing?!? The poor service providers/neighbors/people who happen to find no one at your place... Then of course the system cannot work...

The surveying office also received an order... only that was before construction started

*this is how it works with chimney sweeps, utility readers, development personnel, telecom, police, etc.
