Hello,

can someone briefly explain to me how photovoltaic electricity affects the primary energy demand in KFW energy-efficient houses? Assuming that the primary energy demand Q"p is given as 32kWh/m²a on an energy performance certificate. How would, for example, a photovoltaic system with 1kWp affect the primary energy demand of 32kWh/m²a? Can this be stated like this or does it have to be calculated exactly? Usable area 253m². Or are further data needed? Thank you

According to §5 Energy Saving Ordinance 2014, photovoltaics are deductible from Q_p under the principles described there.

A corresponding calculation according to DIN (x/y, I don't have the numbers in mind) must be carried out for this purpose. This requires quite a lot of additional data. Location. Roof pitch. Generation. Self-consumption share, etc.

Therefore, no one can tell you here how this will affect you.

I understand that no one here can tell me exactly. I just hoped that at least a rough idea could be given if the photovoltaic system, for example, has an annual yield of 1000kW/h. By how much the primary energy demand can be reduced.

Your question is charming.

How is anyone supposed to answer that?
No one knows your estimated self-consumption share. And whether you are working with or without a storage solution.

No one knows your heating system/ventilation. No one knows your auxiliary energy demand (which would then be reduced depending on all the other factors).

Again: This has to be calculated *in detail* individually for your house, your system, your circumstances.

Anyone who started guessing here would give very bad advice.

A little tip:
I tried to have it calculated afterward. Because my photovoltaic system came afterward.
It would have been nonsense — the effects are there, but not significant, and it wouldn’t have brought me a different classification afterward. But at the time — if it had been done initially — it probably would have clearly made the small jump in my house from KFW-70 to 55.
So: it is a component in KFW. But it depends on so many parameters.
Definitely. As said, have it calculated.......

ok, now it makes sense to me that my question cannot be answered the way I had hoped. Thank you very much for the explanations
