Cracks in drywall after a few months

With paint, you get cracks; if you have wallpapered instead and the walls shift, then you get wrinkles. Neither looks good. If you still have leftover paint, I would also try smearing it on with acrylic and then going over it again with a brush and paint. Over the past 2.5 years, we have repaired many spots without it being visible. It is always good when you don't mix the colors yourself because you can buy more if necessary.

Sure, we still have paint. I’m saving some touch-ups for later since the house hasn’t been standing for long. There’s still plenty of other things to do [emoji6].

I have been involved everywhere for 2.5 years renewing torn silicone joints on the tiles. Especially removing the old silicone is somehow a shitty job. So don't wait too long, there is always more work coming in.

Thank you, you give me hope. In our old property, all the joints were cracked too, there I gave up. Originally, I thought with a new building I could solve the problem by itself. Wrong thought,[emoji4]

We haven't tackled our settlement cracks yet :/ We'll probably do it in the spring... The silicone cracks... I really don't feel like dealing with them... but I think the tiler wanted to take care of it anyway

Just naively asking around: Aren't all these cracks to be considered defects? .. and accordingly to be remedied under the warranty obligation by the service provider/developer? I often read here "... we have repaired ..."
