Costs for interior finishing: flooring, walls, ceilings

We have now asked our current neighbor about the walls and floors. He is a self-employed, independent craftsman from Poland; a very honest, hardworking person who has done everything very neatly on the neighboring house here. He wants 30 euros net per sqm for tiles, 15 for laminate, 3 euros per sqm for painting wall Easyputz. Prices each plus VAT.

That is very fair, isn’t it?

Phew. That looks silly in the text now. I emphasize "honestly" here because I wanted to say that he stands out personally because of it and we would let him do it alone without hesitation. Not because I have any kind of prejudice.

Here these would be company prices... 30 for tiling is taken by my BU. 13 for laying the floor by the specialist market, the three for painting are also normal. At least, he doesn't rip you off. Karsten

Our general contractor charges 80-90 euros for tiling [emoji85]. And the next craftsman around the corner 70 plus minus. I think there are really huge differences.
