Hello everyone

My wife and I are planning to build a house. We would appreciate an assessment of the cost planning.

We already have the plot (PLZ 27612). It is fully developed. The development plan allows 1 full floor and a ridge height of max. 9m.

We want to build a city villa with regional developers using solid construction.

Doesn't that contradict? A town villa has 2 full floors.

Hello,

if the figures for the living area on the ground floor and the upper floor are correct, you do not have a full storey above. That would be possible.

To me, the house price seems too low. The double garage with a hip roof surely costs over 40,000 in solid construction. You also have flooring inside, and rather high-quality ones at that. In addition, controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery, are you actually building according to KfW standard?

The garage would also be an option with a flat roof.
