Thanks for exactly the answer I wanted to know. In my mind, I was already thinking about a relatively inexpensive "multiplication." I was just not sure about it.

Of course, where there is a consumer there should be a socket; I was basically just concerned about the procedure. And at the appropriate time, of course, I will discuss it with the electrician.

On this occasion, I would like to ask again how it is usually done with you. Basically, the electrician commissioned by the house building company is my contact person for the planning/implementation regarding electricity or for additional orders. Let's assume that additional orders are otherwise charged at high prices. Could additional orders also be given to other electricians, or does it only go to the one commissioned by the house building company? Because, if I were an electrician myself, I could surely do this as my own work, that's my thought.

Depends on whether you are building solid (i.e. with GU/BU) or prefab. With a solid house, depending on the provider, you can remove entire trades from the contract and award them yourself. Splitting between the electrician of the GU and one of your choice is IMO not possible. With a prefab house, I am not sure, but I hardly believe it is doable because the electrical system already arrives pre-installed...

In our case, the electrical services from the construction service description were included in the price. Everything we wanted extra was handled directly through the electrician. The planning was done together with the general contractor (prefabricated house). For example, I procured my network components myself and the cable was then available for a few euros. In the same way, we decided on the additional lines for the heating.

All or nothing. Either you remove the service and take care of it yourself, or have everything done by the electrician until acceptance. In case of confusion, there will be trouble with the warranty.
