What are the basic dimensions of your garage?

The floor area should be about 6.5 x 9m

this is also my first post here and the topic fits )

We are currently in the preliminary planning phase and have received both calculation values from the architect, which match quite well.

For built-up space, 340 EUR/m3 was assumed for medium standard, for floor area 1060 EUR/m2.

We are planning three floors (basement, upper floor, and attic, the garage is integrated in the basement), due to the hillside location.

Question: Does anyone have experience whether these costs are also applied for the basement floor (with garage)?
It is perfectly clear that this is an estimate in the first phase.

I don’t know how your architect calculates - or how tall your garage is going to be, but

for me - with normal height/garage - that is 146.25 m³

How does your architect arrive at 194 m³?
