Hello everyone,
At the moment, we are facing the question of how to approach the topic "Interior painting work."
Originally, the house (approx. 190m2) was ordered turnkey according to the contract.
- Klimapor walls in prefabricated construction -
This would have included filling to Q2, wallpapering with woodchip wallpaper, and painting solid white.
Since we definitely did not want woodchip wallpaper, we gradually removed this trade and currently only have filling to Q2 in the contract.
Actually, we wanted to award the trade to a local company now, but of course, it would be easier if everything came from a single source.
Therefore, I requested an additional offer from the main contractor again:
"Filling to Q3, painter’s fleece, and painting solid white" - approx. €28,000 gross surcharge.
To be honest, I lack experience regarding whether this amount is market-standard...
I would be very interested in your opinion on this.
And if the price is excessive, how would you approach the whole thing?
Somehow, I would have to squeeze the separately commissioned company into the construction schedule of the company.
Best regards and thanks in advance!
