Cost of enclosed space. First draft discussed with architects

LOL..find professionals!!! This is not acceptable at all!!!

400 euros is a reliable figure that was shown to us by the architect as a reference from comparable houses. However, I would rather calculate with project costs including furnishing and everything else that is on the property afterwards. If you factor all that in, you will certainly end up somewhere between 480 euros and 600 euros per cubic meter. There always seem to be many unplanned expenses.

We are currently building with an architect in Bavaria; after initially being off the mark, the usable space was reduced and the price/m³ increased.

Now it is estimated at 390€/m³, but this excludes a ventilation system, shading, and KNX. That will be added on top.
If I include that, I end up at 445€/m³.

Additional costs, outdoor facilities, architect fees, kitchen, etc., also still need to be added.
