Hello,
maybe someone can give me a rough orientation.
We currently have the attic not planned as living space and therefore only one window on the gable side and no skylights.
However, about 35 sqm of living space could still be gained if needed at some point later.
Without skylights, it is definitely too dark in the rear part at the moment.
We are now considering whether it makes sense to install a skylight now (insulation, cladding... not finished yet, but already roofed)
Or will it not be much more expensive if we simply retrofit it in 10 years, if we definitely need it then?
Thank you very much in advance for an assessment :)
