Actually not. There is the standard house at price x. In addition, there are special requests and furniture such as the kitchen or floors if not included in the standard, etc. Then the incidental building costs. The house needs a foundation, no matter how luxurious or simple. Civil engineering. It also needs inflow and outflow, i.e., connections and supply. Furthermore, it needs an access road and driveway, a permit, a survey, building requires electricity and water and a construction site setup with Dixi, sign, possibly fence. It needs builder's liability insurance and structural fire insurance. All these are the mandatory incidental costs when building. Added to this are now costs for outdoor facilities, lights, plants, etc. K.

Nordlys, that may be, I see it similarly, but what use is that if the client defines it incorrectly?

Therefore, it does not necessarily have to be missing.

Yeah, over and over... and it's stated in the forum what additional construction costs are. We are happy to repeat it as well. 100000 or 20000 are of course no standard.

That may be true, and yet, someone declares 20,000 in ancillary construction costs, but 20,000 euros of ancillary costs are included in the BK.

If someone breaks that down, you will definitely notice it, but it has happened that someone writes 20,000 euros ancillary construction costs and then it was said to be too little, without the costs being itemized.
