Hello,

this week our windows were installed. Unfortunately, all the corners of the windows look quite damaged, as if the windows were dragged on the corners over the floor. See photos. Since this looks the same on all windows, I assume it is a production issue.

I have already informed my window fitter and will probably receive an answer on Monday.

In advance for my "preparation":
1. is this "normal" and would I have to tolerate it if necessary?
2. Could this be somehow repaired?

I don't think there is anything to save there. It is questionable why they installed the junk in the first place.

In my opinion, this needs to be replaced, a new window should not look like this, I would not accept it like this.

Best regards
Sabine

Mandatory to complain and demand replacement. This is not normal.

That can be fixed within minutes with some solvent. So I don't see it as that dramatic.

Solvent? It is clearly visible that material has been removed (sanded off) there. No solvent will help with that, I would complain about it!
