Hello everyone,
after having read a lot here and having now been planning for 3 months, I’m trying to get help here.
The plot is complicated, maybe a bit narrow to still accommodate a granny flat additionally on the ground floor.
We are unsure how to "divide" the plot.
Who gets the west or the east side?
To which street should we orient the house?
The 5.5m setback on the north side is suitable as driveway/parking spaces. Also, no one wants a north garden.
We all want some sun somehow, but now with further construction progress on the other houses (marked in red) and the low sun, hardly any sun reaches the southern area.
The granny flat would actually only need a sunny terrace (because with age mowing the lawn will no longer be easier).
I have just inserted the 2 drafts from the architect.
