Controlled residential ventilation with cooling: brine geothermal heat pump instead of air-to-water heat pump?

A few degrees would be enough for us. Last summer we had the example that in our apartment the living room was 28°C and on the other side in the children's room it was only 26°C. It was much more comfortable in the children's room. It's the same in the car. Just set the air conditioning from 20°C to 17°C. We will also properly shade with [Raffstore] and the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] is just supposed to support the whole thing for relatively little money. Proper shading, summer bypass, and cooling coil should make summer more comfortable. But you are absolutely right, it does not replace an air conditioner where the temperature can more or less be set as you like. It just costs a bit more ;-)

Nice... and yet... with controlled residential ventilation, it would have been 28 in the living room and 26 in the children's room... I'll bet on that! The cooling coil (maybe) manages to cool down the high outside temperature... to what? 28 degrees :) with electricity :) Sounds very clever. But maybe you'll get a nice brochure for it...

Hmm, but then favor an air conditioner. What will that be operated with? Love? As you so nicely say, I bet not! Whether it's an air-to-water heat pump, air conditioner, or simply a coil cooling the air with electricity, it’s almost irrelevant. If I want to cool more, I need more electricity. Yes, yes, efficiency also plays a role here, before you start trolling again. And what the coil requires, the photovoltaic system will easily be able to provide in summer.

Well, Steffen is right about that. The whole "cooling" of the air with the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] takes place exactly in the vicinity of the valves during summer. The infiltration caused by the sun, people, and the processes in the house will quickly ruin the intended balance for you.

Steffen is right. The controlled residential ventilation has a much too low air change rate at standard design and too little capacity to cool. Either the system must be designed differently or work with classic air conditioning systems. Be sure to plan all connections at the same time here.

What I meant by "electricity" -> The controlled residential ventilation is basically useless and also consumes MORE electricity (due to the coil) than the usual ~60 watts. An air conditioner doesn't consume much either... but delivers an extremely greater effect in comparison ;)
