Contract for work with completion guarantee?

I understand; however, I wonder how you think you can recognize these "pots." It will hardly depend on more or less equipment.

But don't you think that the gut feeling of the OP could be reinforced a bit if you show him that perhaps the attractive price only comes about because of the type of equipment? Or that it won't stay at the hammer price if he wants, for example, more than just 5 sockets in the living room or something...

In my experience: No; he is already immune to a legal opinion.
