It was the same with us. The roof came before Christmas. The windows at the end of January. Before Christmas everything was wet down to the basement. After Christmas dry even without windows!

Window installation should also not be a problem at temperatures below 5 degrees (such as masonry).

Yes and no. For example, in winter the compression tape takes 3-4 days to "pop open" due to the cold. In summer it takes 1-2 hours. However, this is not problematic.
