I don't know your property, but we also built in a development area with several houses. For us, it was possible without any problems to put the pile to the side, and it will be used next year for the driveway.
Personally, I’m also someone who doesn't want to get every little thing fixed in writing. Unfortunately, there are enough examples in the forum why you should do that, but so far I can always assess my counterpart well in a personal conversation and have never really been fooled in such matters. If things really don’t work out, a personal conversation is requested and a solution is sought. The other person is quite certainly interested in that as well.

So I personally wouldn’t want to use it for the foundation. I would rather think of the driveway... just don’t start saving money on the foundation.

I have to say that the whole stuff is pretty muddy, at least mixed with a lot of earth in the upper area. Presumably, someone who knows what they're doing has to take a look on site. We will talk to our builder about it.

Here is a current photo of the condition of the property surface for those who are interested and knowledgeable:

As so often - simply talk to people in a purposeful way. Of course, you need to know your goal for that. What would that be? That is not clear to me yet.

ui, that is quite extensive...

but worse is the missing construction site crossing. the curb can be redone afterward.

important is: you can only remove gravel with the wheel loader. and if there's a bit of dirt in it, it's still enough for simple garden houses and wall construction.

the delivery costs here, regardless of quantity, 70€, the ton of gravel 7€.

if I need three tons, I pay almost 100€ and have to take half a day off because payment on delivery is in cash.

I still say the stuff is worth it
