I also think that the request for an entrance from the "Haupt-Straße" cannot be rejected solely because of the planning intention of a parking lane - but it is true that the reference height was adjusted with regard to a significantly more favorable entrance from the side street. I would probably prefer an entrance from the side street here. However, it might be worth considering placing the garbage bin locations on the "hauptstraßigen" side, as I could imagine that the collection vehicles do not enter the side streets.
