That's true, the targeted 542 seems to be a good value. I'm curious about what additional costs that will bring compared to a flat plot of land.

Thanks for the input.

Without contour lines and with so few measurement points, it is difficult to estimate or recommend where would be best to place something in order to move as little earth as possible.

According to the available figures, I consider 142 something to be expensive and not desirable The fun costs five digits, not starting with a 1

Hmm, then rather below street level the house, dig a little on the right side and fill the left side with it, so that the filling is kept within limits? I am looking forward to the appointment with the earthworks contractor, maybe he has a good, not too expensive, idea.

Every excavator bucket costs
In addition, you have to catch everything.

your construction window is relatively flat. Use it

I don't believe that, since at least in the draft development plan no entrance restrictions are set. ... that doesn't necessarily mean that entrances are not allowed there. In other places in the development area, there are properties that could not be accessed at all. I don't know, as I am not familiar with either the legally binding drawing or the textual provisions of the development plan. The sight triangle of the cul-de-sac could also be problematic.
