That's true, the targeted 542 seems to be a good value. I'm curious about what additional costs that will bring compared to a flat plot of land.

I don't believe that, since at least in the draft development plan no entrance restrictions are set.The property must be accessed from the "right"
... that doesn't necessarily mean that entrances are not allowed there. In other places in the development area, there are properties that could not be accessed at all.because the yellow line is a pedestrian path and the yellow/green line are parking spaces.
I don't know, as I am not familiar with either the legally binding drawing or the textual provisions of the development plan. The sight triangle of the cul-de-sac could also be problematic.1m distance to public areas and 5m distance in front of garage doors should therefore not be a problem, right?
