In our city, the price per square meter for the plot is €220, whereby we get a discount of €10 per child per square meter. At 400 sqm, then €80,000. Although, as already mentioned, 350 sqm should be enough for us. Currently, we plan to use only the incidental costs (notary and land registry) as equity. The plots are then fully developed. We hope that the house will cost about €180,000 nearly finished. Probably too little, but we will find out next week.

Good evening,

please update gender, profession & building location in your profile according to the forum rules. Thank you very much!

350 sqm plot: TEUR 80
Single-family house 130 sqm/Energy Saving Ordinance: TEUR 201
Additional building costs: TEUR 40
Painting & flooring in EL: TEUR 20
Outdoor facilities in EL: TEUR 10 (only the essentials)
Reserve extras: TEUR 10

All in estimated: 361

TEUR 180 only works with less floor space; no matter what the guys and girls in W'tal tell you!

Edit: fully connected usually only means that the public connections are on the street adjacent to the property; nothing more and nothing less.

Rhenish greetings
