A quick question about the broker topic: today I received an offer from DKB through a broker, 2.3%/20 years.
On DKB’s homepage, the interest calculator shows 2.0%/20 years with identical inputs.

If I now request an offer directly from DKB, is the broker automatically informed and excluded?
Does the calculator on DKB’s homepage only spit out a teaser offer?
