Hmm, and I thought this task was already handled by the dishwasher in the open living-dining area? So the basement after all, so that the washing machine and dishwasher don’t flood the ground floor at the same time?[emoji6] I just don’t want a washing machine near the bedrooms, I would be concerned about the noise, e.g. when spinning

Amen! I actually thought 570k would be enough. Apparently, that's not the case...

So we want to build the same size with a concrete basement in BW. The offers range between 400 without BN and 500 with BN. But then completely tiled and painted. However, without gimmicks like controlled residential ventilation or KNX. But electric shutters everywhere. Without outdoor facilities and garage. But then one should probably manage with 80k for both??? Prefabricated garage costs around 20k, the rest for outdoors.
