Phew, those are really solid numbers, you rarely see that here very very often!
Surely you build a house like that for 670k. I would even go as far as to say that 550 to 600k could also be enough with standard fittings on a level plot.
And additionally 500k for a building plot? Wow again. That’s already a total of 1.2 million euros.
So with those possibilities, everything should be no problem :)
Well, as I said, it can certainly be cheaper. The approximately 1.2 million would really be the absolute maximum and does not have to be fully used. There are plenty of plots in Landshut that are well above our budget.
In Bavaria, it is also possible to build much more cheaply than 3000 euros per m2. 2500 euros could be enough, depending on the desired standard. But if the money is available, better plan with some buffer. And honestly, more than 350 to 400k for a single-family house plot would be too much for me.
Friends of ours have built a 170 sqm semi-detached house with a basement 25 km from Landshut. They paid: 500k for the house, 50k additional construction costs, and another 70k for the outdoor area. The plot was 300k, but it is a fairly large plot for a semi-detached house. Price comparisons from other parts of Germany unfortunately don't help us much here in the greater Munich area. All our offers (that didn't come from friends) were much!! more expensive than everything we had researched online before :-(
