We are a young family and want to build a single-family house. We already have very concrete offers. The plot is confirmed, the house will be a prefabricated house with 156m^2 and is already planned in detail, ancillary construction costs are set so far. I would like to ask you to estimate whether we have forgotten something or if a value is not realistic: :confused:
