Good evening,
Rhenish greetings
I am reluctant to disagree – but for the price, the number of square meters, and the extra technology, something doesn’t add up. Unless the provider “only” has a branch in Berlin ... have you ever googled construction diaries? The construction will take place in Werther (Westphalia) near Bielefeld. The provider is based in Berlin. We already have the calculation for the prefab house here, all wishes have really been taken into account. So the price is fixed. It mainly came about because we could take over a finished floor plan. For the additional costs of the sample selection, we still have some equity left - apart from the kitchen -
You surely won’t do that 100% yourself – whether or not you worked for a licensed company; I can hardly imagine it being different in Werther. Everyone may dig the trenches from the house to the end of their own property (sometimes also to the connection point) and lay the pipes there. But a licensed company still has to connect at the public junction. If the municipality gave a verbal “yes,” make sure to get it in writing.Rainwater drainage goes into the municipal sewer, I’m doing it myself (I worked for the city doing exactly this job for some time before my studies, the city also knows that I will do it myself...). Planting will be a gift from the family upon moving in ( :-) )
Rhenish greetings
