My problem is rather whether I finance over 20 years or 30 years. The goal is to be finished after 25 years in both cases. The 30 years option of course without any remaining debt then. The 20 years option would only work with follow-up financing. The interest rate difference is 0.8 percent.... but I still have to calculate both for 25 years and compare the costs.
