Construction Cost Planning - Once Again...

Almost finished, just need to do the floors and walls myself... the drywall has been skim coated to Q2 (at least I think so)

Then I should be able to manage with my 160,000-165,000€.. if I talk about almost finished with 120 sqm.. so without floors and painting.. I have that in the additional costs.. so 167,000 - 172,000 including floors and painting.. but completely done by myself. I will also do the tiling myself, and possibly drywall. Depending on the amount of work. I think then the 160,000 is achievable.

wait for the offer and look closely at what is included. Then you can estimate... not before. Every provider operates differently. Don’t forget that most offers are very individual. For example, we do not have underfloor heating, and no geothermal energy etc... that lowers the price.
