Construction cost estimate per m3, architect fees, etc.

I have a question regarding the remodeling costs.
Our architect estimated a price of 400€/m^3 for a 175sqm bungalow (which is being built on a slope). My question is, what exactly is included in that price? How much earthwork, or what kind of equipment (tiles, electrical, heating, roof, etc.)? Maybe someone here can give me a rough idea. I will still ask the architect, but I want to know in advance. The house is being built in Saarland (Saarbrücken), because I think the region also always matters.
And my second question, does anyone know, if I carry out a pile foundation, what additional costs I have for the floor slab or ring beam (the pile foundation costs me about 33,000€)?

As you already wrote, you have to ask your architect then, depending on what you agreed on. We are also building with the architect and initially had a cost estimate given, later then a cost estimate according to DIN 276, where everything is listed in more detail.

Look into DIN 276. The groups 300 and 400 are included in the cubature, unless you have agreed otherwise. That means the house and building services without outdoor facilities, without land, without development (so also house connections) without fees and equipment such as sanitary, kitchen, etc.
