Concrete without ready-mix concrete / mixing vehicle - alternatives?

30 meters far and 5 meters high should not be a problem for a concrete pump. We had a pump with almost 100 meters boom here at our company’s new building.

Concrete will not be your only problem. Material will generally have to be delivered in smaller quantities with smaller vehicles, the use of prefabricated parts (concrete basements, precast floors, precast concrete staircases, etc.) will be very difficult. Erecting the roof truss usually also requires a crane (or will you at least get a construction crane set up at the construction site?). Utility connections will be prohibitively expensive given the length.

Mixing concrete yourself? No structural engineer will approve that for you. Every mixture is different. Only with concrete from the plant do you have a homogeneous mixture.
