The fundamental problem is you should have checked the goods on the day of delivery, or at the latest the next day.
The supplier says the roller shutters left the factory in good condition. What happened afterward is not my problem.
The shipping company says no transport damage, you did not make a complaint.
The electrician and the window fitter say we installed what was there. That was our job.
