That is why the idea was also to lay out the collectors in front of our house, where there will almost only be paving stones (permeable to water) and a carport. We also have about 250-300 sqm of space there.

Whether that is sufficient can only be told by a heating engineer. Remember to maintain the distance to the boundary and that permeable paving only lets through about 50% of the rain.

Yep, it only costs a few more meters of pipe and possibly additional circuits. The 16/2 composite pipe should cost less than 50 cents per meter when purchased. And the supply temperature in a 55 standard house will be below 30 degrees. It's not really a gain in "quality," but the heating costs decrease.

I dealt extensively with the topic two years ago. Normally I don’t do that, but the right contacts can be found here in a specialized pink forum. Ultimately, I chose a Nibe 1255 with cooling function, the source is a self-installed ring trench collector. My first big project before the actual house construction, for which my entire family called me crazy (planning and creating the heat source completely on my own responsibility, are you nuts?). I am still proud of it today. However, the excavation work got me involved back then, otherwise the price-performance ratio would have been unbeatable. Deep drilling was too expensive for me, gas is not available here.

In fact, the design of the underfloor heating is very important. You can basically throw all the calculations from the system manufacturers in the trash, and hardly any installer still does their own calculations these days. My experience has severely worsened my view of the heating industry.

I am bringing up the topic again because I am also interested in the comparison: air-to-water heat pump + photovoltaics and ground water heat pump + [Ringgrabenkollektor] + photovoltaics. I would be interested to know if one of these two heating systems performs better in terms of cooling. This should not be uninteresting for the summer nowadays.
