I have consumed about 16m³ after four months of living in the house and previous construction history (I did not take a reading when moving in) (three people). So we are far from 150m³ per year. It was my water before move-in and afterwards as well. The "handover" was finally at the purchase of the existing shell construction, and after the later installation of the drinking water into the house, there was a new meter anyway.
