Combination of Bafa funding for energy consulting + KfW 261 construction supervision

Hello dear forum.
At Bafa there is a subsidy for energy consulting for residential buildings.
At KfW in program 261, the loan can be increased by an additional €10,000 (with a 50% repayment grant) on top of the basic amount if you have a "Baubegleitung". See subpoint "Konditionen" > "Baubegleitung".

My assumption so far was that you can combine these two subsidies and that this is not double funding because one is energy consulting and the other is Baubegleitung. Two different things.

However, in the leaflet for KfW 261 it now says (page 4) not only "Baubegleitung", but "Energetische Fachplanung und Baubegleitung".

My question is quite simple: is this double funding or can I apply for both without concern?

The Bafa subsidy is fully represented at the KfW as well. That would be double funding for the same service.
