Combination KFW 153, BAFA and 10,000 Houses Program

Hello everyone, after BAFA has relaunched the funding program for heat pumps, I have a question for you whether anyone has experience or knows who might know about this. We want to get the KFW funding 153 for a KFW40 Plus house (15,000 EUR subsidy per residential unit), have the heat pump heating system subsidized with up to 35%, and use the 10,000 houses program with the 2,000 EUR technology bonus and 9,000 EUR with energy system house. What is combinable without receiving deductions? Or is the combination not possible? So far, no one from the public authorities has been able to give me a binding answer, but always referred to the guideline: guideline under VIII Kumulierung. Would appreciate feedback. Thank you

Well, I do think it's worth it if you were going to build more or less accordingly anyway to qualify for the funding.

If you wanted to build completely differently from the start (for whatever reason), then that's true, it’s not worth it because you would have to completely bend yourself.
