Clearing the building gap from garden use - what effort is required?

how come it's not about you - if it's your property, then it's your decision what happens with it.

In the initial post, I had already written that it’s about my cousin, who wants to build there with his fiancée. I myself already built last year and now want to accompany him in his project. And of course, I wouldn’t mind having family here in the neighboring town. I’m just gathering suggestions here.

Meanwhile, I am also in favor of not touching the hedge. Instead, I would move the shed further back in front of the ugly cemetery wall. I would place the garage directly in the lower right corner and the house north of it with a terrace facing the access road/entrance gate or west. Ideally, it would have been great to leave the shed standing, but the space between the shed and the southern boundary with about 15 m seems to be too narrow!?

I would remove what needs to be removed, leave the rest. The old fruit trees are wonderful. I think it’s quite simple and inexpensive. Here, private individuals can dispose of green waste for free, and trailers including tractor trailers are unloaded there themselves. (Hecke) Ask the municipality about construction debris (patio slabs, shed). Small amounts are often accepted for free or for a small fee. Ask the fire department or similar about wooden sheds. They often like to use that for solstice fires or similar events. Probably forbidden this year, but maybe they will burn one anyway. Trees should be taken by someone who already processes wood themselves. The rest goes to the construction company. It’s probably not much more than for new installations on green space.
