Third picture, middle right. It is half covered.

For orientation: The first picture shows the view towards the southwest. The second towards the west. The third towards the northwest.

All are taken from the adjacent cemetery.

Unfortunately probably not. The shed stands pretty much in the middle and half of the trees too (see map excerpt from a bird's eye view).

How should the house and garage best be positioned? Since children are planned, it is probably better to place the house where the shed currently is and put the garden in front of the house towards the driveway.
Otherwise, it wouldn't be so nice if trampolining takes place next to the graves or if a football occasionally flies over...!?

Oh, by the way: I can't say now whether the trees are allowed to be cut down. But let's assume they are, otherwise it would be off the table.

You can manage that too and get a permit if you plant new trees elsewhere, etc. It varies a lot locally and depending on the type of tree, it can also be permit-free. You need to inquire at the authorities and it can be arranged, no panic. Just please don't cut down any tree that is clearly too large and protected without permission.

What do you mean it's not about you - if it becomes your property, then it's your decision what happens with it.
And if you build in a gap in the city, between two houses, that works too. Just because it's a hedge doesn't mean you have to flatten it.
You can also put conditions in the contract so the guys take care!
You probably don't want to look at the ugly wall to the cemetery.
