Clad open gallery with staircase

Thank you very much for your answers.

The picture is a week old and in the meantime the parquet layer has installed a finishing strip.

Today I made another appointment with the staircase builder, he wants to take another look and make a proposal for a solution.

I am not a professional. But to my layman’s eye, it currently doesn’t look like the plaster closes cleanly nor that the joint edge of the parquet closes cleanly. No idea how neatly you can get that. However, what usually remains on plaster to wood is something that is not rigid and doesn’t stay like that forever. The wood does move quite a bit. That’s why you use finishing strips.

...ok I was too quick... ...unnecessary extension due to missing characters. P.S.: why don't you take a picture with the finishing strip.
