Hello everyone,
the following problem:
We purchased a penthouse apartment in January, which is currently still under construction.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and set back about 1.5 meters from the lower floors.
This week, the stainless steel external chimney (2 pipes) was installed about 35 cm next to our bedroom on the outside wall,
which means that when looking out of the bedroom window, the chimney is always in view.
The chimney was not included in any plans or any elevations of the house!
Attached is a picture for illustration.
Since it seems that nothing can be changed about this, it will probably come down to a deduction; what can be done here?
