Chimney built in front of the window :(

Sorry, I forgot the smiley behind the bricking up :)

We are on the top floor, the pipes are attached to the house wall with a kind of steel braces...
I guess they forgot that during the first planning... in any case, there is no chimney on the buildings in the plans and views which are part of our purchase contract (2 buildings with a total of 28 apartments)

What do the plans say now? You definitely checked again whether the chimneys were really not drawn there?

Personally, I cannot imagine that there can be a significant deduction due to "restriction of the view," since the quality of life INSIDE the apartment is not impaired. There is no roof terrace planned there, and it is not built directly IN FRONT of the window, but next to it.

Nevertheless, one of the reasons for buying a penthouse apartment may be the unrestricted view of the greenery...

I would be worried or consider it a negotiation point because of the smoke in the corresponding wind and the chimney sweep’s access if he has to use your apartment.

The chimney can be led a few meters to the side below you with the 20 degrees so that it no longer gets in the way? Where it comes out at the roof is probably irrelevant.
