Subsidy fraud is a crime. Who should advise you to do that with a clear conscience?
It's a bit "modest" to register here just because of such a question. The intention is completely unclear to me. The expectation as well.
Take the money and that's that.
From a financial perspective, I understand the dilemma. I don't understand the rest.Well, the understandable problem is that with 2 children it's about a whole €40,000 and it was not foreseeable that you wouldn't get it. We did hope for the funding, but we did not plan for it. Now it's a shame, but at least not the end of the world.
I don't think anything is wrong here. Since you have already signed the purchase contract, this technically takes place between you and the previous owner. If he is willing to take the risk that you receive possession without him receiving his money, no fraud is being committed.Good morning We are currently in a real dilemma. Due to a variety of circumstances, our house purchase was only notarized so late that a move-in date (and purchase price due date) will probably only be possible in mid/end of January 2021. However, in our financial planning, we firmly counted on the "Bayerische Eigenheimwohnzulage" as well as the Baukindergeld (+ Baukindergeld Plus in Bavaria). The application deadline for the Eigenheimwohnzulage definitely ends on 31.12.2020. For the Baukindergeld, we theoretically still have enough time until 31.03.2021. But now there is a second, serious issue: The timing of the application in all cases affects the submission of the income tax returns. If the application is made in 2020, the notices from 2017 and 2018 must be submitted. If the application is made in 2021, however, those from 2018 and 2019 must be submitted. Since I realized a high, one-time capital gain in 2019, we barely exceed the threshold of taxable income applicable to us in the calculation. We have already spoken confidentially with the seller about this. He would grant us the "right of residence" as of 29.12. and thus we could officially move in on 29.12. We would then also have this entered at the citizen's office before the expiry of the 14-day deadline on 29.12. Now we have a real legal moral dilemma here where I now hope that someone here can give us a tip or advice on how the dilemma might possibly be circumvented. Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you all! Best regards
