What kind of stains are supposed to be in the bathroom and entrance door?

I would first let the rooms and their aura affect me. Can I see myself in these rooms – do they radiate coziness, comfort, or openness? Because what use are values to me if no light reaches the rooms, or if I cannot perceive my interests there.

Ad hoc:
I wouldn’t care about the electricity meter, but when were the wiring renewed? Are there enough sockets, circuits?
How old is the heating? Have the last gas bills been shown (additional costs)?
Is there communal property?
How old are the windows? Can you hold a piece of paper between sash and frame, or can you simply pull it out?
Woodworm or fungus in the attic?
Wooden or concrete ceiling?
Have the water pipes already been renewed?
Does the basement smell musty? Are there odor sources placed by the resident?
Is there a pump?
Can many things be beautified with paint and varnish, e.g. stairs or doors?

I would definitely take my own expert for the second visit.

Best regards in brief

Original? - Lead (or for wastewater: cast iron). As I already hinted in your other thread: a terraced middle house means it's not standing alone. Rather, a clone on both sides. These houses and their residents/owners are a good source of information. 1930 is 87 (!) years ago after all. It's hardly likely that any of the neighboring houses haven’t been updated at some point. So at least one neighbor should know what they experienced with it and how expensive it was. (How long) have the houses been individually owned? If it was a row of houses from a settlement company that has only recently started selling them off, then this usually happens as part of a "portfolio cleanup" (of investment backlog surprise packages).

Hello, talking to neighbors is certainly the best. However, it would be too early for the first contact. ypg is right that one should first let the house have an effect on oneself. By the way, the electrical system, roof, and plumbing in the house have already been done. I just don't know when and how it was done. The heating including pipes needs to be completely new, as a night storage heater is installed.

Look under the wallpapers and floor coverings at test spots. Also, if necessary, chip off some plaster in a few places and check.

Check the wall and floor moisture with a moisture meter (it should be a decent one). It should be dry.

Check wood (e.g. floorboards) for pests (woodworms, etc.).

Smell and breathe. Does the air feel musty or stuffy?

We once viewed a house; my wife was out again after 20 seconds because she immediately reacted to the staleness in the air. I also went out again at some point.
