I wouldn’t cram everything full with shelves. Most things are stored differently, e.g. drink crates are stacked on top of each other or at least stand better freely on the floor. Then a bunch of wardrobe, which is best hung on a rod or directly in a closet. You also don’t want to put boxes or things in boxes on a shelf, etc.
So buy yourself two shelves for one side and experiment. Not everything wants to be stored in the same boxes all the time. Even if they are transparent and can be labeled, it makes sense to store important things in the red box, the children’s things in the colorful hatbox, or the three boxes that were free, which contain xy. That way you immediately know where to look instead of just having identical boxes in front of you. Wrapping paper stands upright in a bin, other things need a different organizer and maybe a kind of workbench or rolling cabinet is better suited for some things.
I wouldn’t think in terms of mass and buy hastily.

That may apply to you, but here too, people are different. I personally find boxes, cartons, and crates better off in a shelf. If stacked individually, you have to remove about five boxes or crates first because today you want the one at the bottom. Individually in a shelf compartment, you simply take out the right one. I wouldn’t like the different boxes or cartons either; I would have to search constantly. Who wants to have to remember what is in which box all the time? Especially for things that are rarely needed. Apart from the fact that shelves look way tidier.

I use Euro boxes. They are available from various manufacturers. I use handles and labels in different colors.

Just looked it up. Of course, they are quite pricey.
I’m into heavy-duty shelves. The ones commonly known for having the best price-performance ratio are from TKT. They are standard at Toom. Always on offer, where a 180x90x40 with 175 kg load capacity per shelf (5 shelves) normally costs 40 EUR, often 30 EUR on sale. And if b1 (Toom’s discount branch) or Lidl or Aldi has them (overstock), they are sometimes even cheaper, though quite rarely.

I have also bought and assembled other brands very cheaply. These are often fiddlier and the metal stamped parts sometimes have sharp edges. Still, you only need a rubber mallet here as well, with handy hands not even that.

Admittedly, they are not as versatile and probably not quite as stable, but in return they are worlds cheaper (what I found was about 8-10 times more expensive).

I would like shelves with a height of 2 meters so that I can better utilize the room height. The room height is 2.46 meters. Then I could make a 6 cm "base" and set 6 compartments with 40 cm each (6 shelves) or I make 50 cm with 5 shelves....although the top one would of course no longer be 50 cm. Do you have any other alternatives for Master shelves

And I would make the height of the individual shelves dependent on the items to be stored. Storage containers, etc. will not need 40 or 50 cm shelf spacing. That is why I am exactly the Ivar fan, because the shelves there can very easily be adjusted in spacing again and again.
